お昼をどこでいただくか・・・。
妹から「旅の手帳7月号」をみせてもらった。
「今月のひとり旅」という連載が、「城下町で八丁味噌に舌鼓」だった。グッドタイミング！
やっぱり岡崎に来たんだから、八丁味噌を使った料理をいただかなくっちゃ。
岡崎公園内にある、八千代本店でランチタイム。
予約なしでもいただける、定食を。
なめし田楽定食 1,300円
こちらのお店の田楽は、カクキューの八丁味噌を使っているそうです。
田楽の豆腐は柔らかく、八丁味噌の甘みとよく合っていておいしい。
田楽は半分食べたら、串を立てて、トントンとたたくと、残りの半分が下に下がってくるので串からはずさなくても食べられます。（運ばれてきたときに食べ方を説明してくれました）
菜飯は、ふりかけてあるので食べる前に軽く混ぜてくださいとのこと。ご飯はやや柔らかめでした。
朝が早くお腹が空いていたので、ぺろりと完食。
